At Align Coaching, I help women heal the parts of themselves that life taught them to hide. I’m a trauma-informed life coach who supports women who are doing everything they can to “get it right”—yet still feel overwhelmed, defeated, misunderstood, and unsure of their worth.

I know that path well. I’ve lived through abandonment, abuse, foster care, betrayal, and deep shame. For years, I carried the weight of conditioned patterns and choices that left me believing I wasn’t enough. But through deep, honest, soul-level healing, I discovered something powerful: we are never too broken to rise. We are always worthy of a life we love.

My coaching is rooted in both lived experience and professional trauma-informed training. I draw from multiple healing modalities and meet each woman where she is—with tenderness, compassion, and unwavering support. What makes my work unique is that I embody the transformation I guide others toward. I don’t just teach healing—I live it.
