The Manna Season — 1:1 Trauma-Informed Coaching with Rebecca K. Sterling

The Manna Season

A season to be heard, and held.

For the woman who carries it all — a season of 1:1 coaching, just for you.

July 15 – September 15 A few 1:1 spaces

What it is

What the Manna Season is

Manna was the nourishment that arrived each morning in the wilderness — enough for the day, gathered for a season. The Manna Season takes its name from that: a set stretch of weeks when the support you need is simply here.

For this window, I open the doors to my private 1:1 coaching at a founding rate — steady, trauma-informed support, made within reach. It's open to all who feel called: a season of enough, and a place to be met.

Why I opened it

Why I opened this season

You love the people in your life deeply — your partner, your children, your parents. You're the one who keeps the peace and holds things together, who makes sure everyone else feels okay.

It's a quiet, generous way to live. It's also the reason you're tired in a way rest doesn't fix, and the reason the same aches keep circling back with the people closest to you.

It can feel like:

  • The anxiety that hums below the surface
  • The tiredness that sleep doesn't quite reach
  • The closeness that's gone quiet at home
  • The feeling that no one sees how much you carry

I see all of it — clearly, and with tenderness. These are the loving, if over-worked, ways you've kept everyone close. I opened the Manna Season so you can set some of it down, and be the one who's held for a while.

This season has been on my heart for a while. I wanted to create a way to open the door wider, and reach more women at the right time.

Is this you

It makes more sense than you think

Read these gently. Each one is a sign of how much you've carried, and how much you care.

  • You hold your tongue to keep the peace — then feel it later as resentment you never meant to carry.
  • You save your tears for when you're finally alone.
  • You stay quiet because speaking up feels like risking the connection — so the words go unspoken, and the weight stays with you.
  • You try so hard to get it right that getting it wrong feels like proof something's wrong with you.

What you judged in yourself was only ever keeping you safe.

The Manna rate

What the season holds

You and I meet one to one for trauma-informed coaching, drawn from my training across several healing modalities. Our work is gentle and steady — space to share what you usually carry alone, to make sense of the patterns you thought were just you, and to find your voice with the people you love, in a way that keeps you connected to them and to yourself.

Each session is 60 minutes. While I recommend weekly sessions, rest assured we'll find the rhythm that honors your nervous system, your schedule, and what feels comfortable for you financially.

$125 / session

This is a season rate — one I open on purpose, for a little while, so this kind of support is within easy reach when you're ready for it.

I take only a few 1:1 clients at a time, so a small number of spaces open each season.

Begin

Let this one be for you

I know how much it can take just to reach out — so we'll go gently, at whatever pace feels right. Beginning can be small: a single message, even a simple "tell me more," is enough. Say as much or as little as you like, and I'll meet you there with warmth. A space is open for you now.

Open through September 15, or until the few spaces are filled.
